I want to give a special thank you to Mendi from Tiger Air. He was honestly one of the best AC technicians we have ever worked with. He was extremely professional, patient, kind, respectful, and very thorough from beginning to end. He did not rush through the appointment, he did not make us feel pressured, and he took the time to carefully review our entire system before giving us his recommendations. That meant a lot to us, especially after dealing with other companies where the experience felt rushed, unclear, or more focused on selling a major repair or replacement than truly understanding what was going on. With Mendi, the difference was obvious. He actually took the time to inspect the system, explain things clearly, answer questions, and give us a realistic path forward. He gave us honest recommendations, helped us understand our options, and treated us with patience and respect. That kind of professionalism is rare, and we truly appreciated it. For now, we will monitor our system and see how it performs, but based on this experience, Tiger Air has earned our trust. Chris showed up just ahead of the appointment window - respectful and knowledgeable - listened to my description of the issue, and quickly went to work - identified likely possibilities and shared them with me then worked the problem, solved the problem and discussed how I can keep it from happening again and what symptoms to look for - very much appreciated his insight and professionalism. Overall, TigerAir had me completely taken care of in less than a few hours from my initial phone call!!

Moshe came out and installed my WiFi thermostat and FAST! No over selling, Very professional and personable! Got here precisely when they said they would and the cost was better than fair!

After my previous A/C repair contractor decided that they would not service my mini-split system because they did not install it, I decided to give Tiger Air a call. They came to my house as scheduled and on time, our Tech was able to determine that the system was low on refrigerant which confirmed the error code that the unit had displayed. Low refrigerant also meant that there could be a refrigerant leak. The tech recommended performing a leak test to find the leak. After a very thorough examination of poking and prodding the leak test indicated that one of the flair fittings was leaking. While he was able to tighten the fitting which corrected the leak. Since this has been an issue with this unit since it was installed, the tech recommended reworking this flair fitting to ensure this issue will not reoccur. We agreed and had this work done.

I cannot speak more highly of Moshe and the Tiger Air team. For two years, we had issues moving air into certain areas of the house. We had had three other HVAC companies come out and everyone had a different answer to the problem and a different cost. Moshe figured out the problem…and drew it out on paper to help me understand it. While they might not have been the least expensive, I had the most confidence in Moshe and the team…and a commitment that if this didn’t solve the problem, they’d take care of it. I’d call Moshe again in a heartbeat! Class act!

Byron came by and besides being so friendly and respectful, he let us know exactly what he was doing and ended up diagnosing the issue properly and saving us from having to do a bigger repair. The front desk was also very professional and friendly as well. They let us know exactly when they were going to come.

David and Enrique came to my house after the master bedroom unit suddenly stopped working. They fixed the issue (giving me a couple options on how to do it) and did so in a timely manner. They took pictures to explain the work and were very friendly. I will definitely recommend this company and specifically David and Enrique to friends for their HVAC needs.

Byron Coleman (I think is his last name) was here 2 weeks ago, replaced our thermostat. Here again today to repair an electrical wiring problem. Byron is a great asset to your company! Moe was wonderful. He took plenty of time talking with me to understand what I was looking for in a new HVAC system. From my first phone call to the office through getting this very reasonable estimate from Moe, everyone on the Tiger Air team has been polite, professional, and considerate in every way. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. NOTE: I ended up going with another company who will be installing a premium Lennox sytem at a lower price than Tiger Air. But I still recommend them highly!

Enrique was awesome - on time, very personable and respectful. He came to do a tune up and ended up recommending a handful of items for us to address. Finished quickly and got a great price for us for bundling together a few services. Would absolutely recommend!

David came out to fix our unit that kept disconnecting to the thermostat. He took his time and also made sure to explain the issue to me. I was very impressed with him.

Excellent experience so far! The couple of technicians I met have been on time (even a bit early), very professional and knowledgeable. They did a good job and cleaned up when done! I was happy to see that multiple solutions to my dead AC unit were proposed to me, from a cheaper fix to a "Cadillac fancy" and never got the feel that they were pushing to sell (which personally find aggravating). We ended up getting the middle solution installed: the office staff was really good at scheduling and following up with me, the installation crew and technician were done in one day (it was a full system re-do so I was not sure it was possible to do in one day). Overall really happy! Also, would higly recommend subscribing to their maintenance plan:it comes with 2 visits a year to check your system and a discount on parts (which for our install was quite substantial). Kudos to you guys, keep it up 😁

A good company with guys who are honest. Take their recommendations and if they aren't being straight shooters then you'll known. Prior owner didn't take care of the AC unit at my condo and they have had to come back due to issues that were unforeseen, they didn't charge me to return and they have been honest about the work along with the pricing. The initial work and stuff has been well worth the cost of about 1,000 in total. A replacement AC hasn't been recommended just fixing the issues left by last owner. Thanks yall. I will let this forum know if Tiger Air goes south.

Called them at 9:40pm and they got to my house by 10pm to look at my ac that stopped. Took about an hour but Mendy was very professional and courteous. Fantastic experience and reasonable priced for a late night call.

This is our first experience with Tiger Air. Kevin was our technician today. He spent a while checking everything out. He was efficient and made sure he answered all my questions. Good first experience.

I had an issue with a pipes leaking outside and into the pan in the attic. We’ve had different techs out here in the past and it looks like they only put a bandaid on the issue. Mo figured out that our pipes were secured in the wrong places, that they were essentially switched. They stayed longer to fix the issue and charged us an extremely fair price. Really happy with them!
