Starting with the office reminder & coordination of our spring ac checkup & scheduling within a week of the reminder, plus their excellent communication on arrival times which they were early in the time frame not waiting through the couple of hour window, to Kevin the technician, another great experience with Tiger Air!!!
Kevin went the cooling side of both of our systems thoroughly and spent the time to do his work properly & documented so he could show & explain to me how everything is working. He noticed a potential future problem that is developing & gave me the cost & choice of fixing it now or waiting for the system to fail when the part does break. We have had several Hvac companies through the years in the DFW metroplex & have never had the great experience & confidence in those companies that Tiger Air gives to us!!!
