Nice people. But it’s 95 dollars for them to come out. And then it’s another 230 dollars for them to see what’s the problem.

I had them come out and evaluate my condenser for my upstairs unit. They were able to identify that it was grounded. Like all companies they could identify the root problem but the solution is always the same. Not with Tiger Air & Heating. I had multiple companies come out and give me the same solution which was replace my whole entire unit. I was shocked that they would suggest that since I have experience as an applications engineer for an HVAC company charging me 2-3 times the amount of an actual condenser with labor. With Tiger Air and Heating they were completely different. They were knowledgeable with the questions I threw at them and were honest about pricing. With the end verdict, they’re a good company with great rates and customer service. Don’t waste your time with the bigger companies. Tiger Air and Heating should be your choice, I promise you won’t regret it! Thank you again!

This is our first experience with Tiger Air. Kevin was our technician today. He spent a while checking everything out. He was efficient and made sure he answered all my questions. Good first experience.

Starting with the office reminder & coordination of our spring ac checkup & scheduling within a week of the reminder, plus their excellent communication on arrival times which they were early in the time frame not waiting through the couple of hour window, to Kevin the technician, another great experience with Tiger Air!!!
Kevin went the cooling side of both of our systems thoroughly and spent the time to do his work properly & documented so he could show & explain to me how everything is working. He noticed a potential future problem that is developing & gave me the cost & choice of fixing it now or waiting for the system to fail when the part does break. We have had several Hvac companies through the years in the DFW metroplex & have never had the great experience & confidence in those companies that Tiger Air gives to us!!!

Called them at 9:40pm and they got to my house by 10pm to look at my ac that stopped. Took about an hour but Mendy was very professional and courteous. Fantastic experience and reasonable priced for a late night call.

Moe was wonderful. He took plenty of time talking with me to understand what I was looking for in a new HVAC system. From my first phone call to the office through getting this very reasonable estimate from Moe, everyone on the Tiger Air team has been polite, professional, and considerate in every way. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. NOTE: I ended up going with another company who will be installing a premium Lennox sytem at a lower price than Tiger Air. But I still recommend them highly!

A good company with guys who are honest. Take their recommendations and if they aren’t being straight shooters then you’ll known. Prior owner didn’t take care of the AC unit at my condo and they have had to come back due to issues that were unforeseen, they didn’t charge me to return and they have been honest about the work along with the pricing. The initial work and stuff has been well worth the cost of about 1,000 in total. A replacement AC hasn’t been recommended just fixing the issues left by last owner. Thanks yall. I will let this forum know if Tiger Air goes south.

I had a very peculiar problem with my hvac system and they were able to come out the same day and fix it. Moe (Moshe) was amazing! Arrived on time, figured out what he needed to repair, went to the store to get the materials he needed and came back in about an hour and fixed it. All while being extremely polite and addressing all my questions/concerns. I could not recommend them enough.

David from Tiger Heating and Air did an excellent job. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and took the time to identify multiple ways to improve the system’s efficiency. He answered all of my questions clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. Really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail—highly recommend!
