I had them come out and evaluate my condenser for my upstairs unit. They were able to identify that it was grounded. Like all companies they could identify the root problem but the solution is always the same. Not with Tiger Air & Heating. I had multiple companies come out and give me the same solution which was replace my whole entire unit. I was shocked that they would suggest that since I have experience as an applications engineer for an HVAC company charging me 2-3 times the amount of an actual condenser with labor. With Tiger Air and Heating they were completely different. They were knowledgeable with the questions I threw at them and were honest about pricing. With the end verdict, they’re a good company with great rates and customer service. Don’t waste your time with the bigger companies. Tiger Air and Heating should be your choice, I promise you won’t regret it! Thank you again!
